California Shakespeare Theatre?Volunteer Ushers

California Shakespeare Theatre is looking for volunteer ushers.
Each of the 90+ outdoor summer performances require the help of up to 8 volunteer ushers to make sure all goes smoothly. Volunteer ushers distribute programs, help with seating, assist with Will Call ticketing, handle cash, and do a little general site upkeep after each performance. Each volunteer usher receives a ticket to see that night’s performance; they encourage you to invite friends to usher with you and make it a fun night for everyone. Their 2014 season consists of: A Raisin in the Sun , Comedy of Errors , Pygmalion , and A Midsummers Night’s Dream .

Qualifications required: Experience in teaching all ages; mature and responsible. Applicants must be either a professional dancer or teacher. Teaching once a week on Saturday (subject to discussion) during school year. Twice a week during summer program.

The Office Coordinator supervises, monitors, supports and coordinates all the activities necessary to ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day operations. They are responsible for planning, organization and controlling the clerical aspect of the organization, including the preparation, communication, coordination and storage of data to support production and other important operations of the organization. This role reports directly to, and works closely with, the Managing Director.
Among others, the following qualifications are recommended:

The Cutting Ball Theater is seeking a stage manager for their upcoming Fall 2014 production, starting beginning of August 2014 through mid-December. The SM will be the primary stage manager for CBT’s Fall production and will supervise and be assisted by an Assistant Stage Manager.
Qualifications required: Prospective candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Stage Manager in a professional theater environment and preferably hold a bachelor degree. Good communications skills and capacity to work in a fast paced environment are a must. Ideal candidate will be responsible, pro-active, a good problem solver and able to multitask. Previous experience managing a team a plus.

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is on the search for talented dancers for their two summer shows, Cirque Dreams Splashtastic and Summer Bash .
Auditions will be held Saturday, April 26th, 2014 at Dance Unlimited Studios located at 510 Georgia St., Vallejo, CA 94590. Registration opens at 8:30am and auditions will begin at 9:00am.
What to do:
Apply online 48 hours prior to auditions.

Wear clothes that you can move in. All applicants will learn choreography as part of the audition.
Bring a hard copy video reel of your talents, head shot, and resume if available. Reels will not be returned.
Requirements:
