Description
Graduate Student Researcher, Learning Research & Development Center, University of Pittsburgh Current research focuses on children’s understanding of intelligent technologies, particularly robots. Developmental psychologists often talk about robots as a test case for understanding young children’s theories of biology and life. One segment of my research is looking at this issue – how do young children decide whether a robot is alive or not, and what other characteristics do they attribute to robots if they believe they are alive.
