Danica Kragic, Ph.D. received the B.S. degree in mechanical
engineering from the Technical Univeristy of Rijeka, Croatia and Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden in 1995 and 2001, respectively. She is currently an assistant professor in computer science at KTH and chairs the IEEE RAS Committee on Computer and Robot Vision. She received the 2007 IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Early Academic Career Award. Her research interests include computer vision, service robotics and human-robot interaction. She is involved in teaching of graduate and undergraduate courses and suprevision of MSc and PhD
